Refund policy
For sanitary reasons Calla and Friends does not accept returns. All sales are final.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at returns@callaandfriends.com within 5 business days to receive a replacement of in-stock items or a store credit. Refunds are issued in the form of store credit.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
When contacting us please include:
- Name (First & Last)
- Order Number
- Email Address
- Description of Claim
- Pictures if Applicable

Please Note : Calla and Friends reserves the right to reject compensation at any time. Claim assessments will take place on an individual basis. Abuse of services {multiple claims filed} will result in the removal of one’s purchasing privileges with Calla and Friends LLC.
